I've heard many friends mention that they'd like to have some nicer photos of themselves and other friends have told me that they'd like to learn how to take better photos...
well...I have a solution to BOTH!!
Why not have a crafting/photo evening?Get dressed up for a ladies night, bring something fun to do(craft of some kinds) and the budding photographers in your group can take turns improving their skills.
Don't forget to bring a bag of fun accessories like hats, scarves or necklaces.
It's as simple as that...As I am just such an individual, I'll share some of the photos that I took of the lovely ladies at our last LADIES CRAFT/PHOTO EVENING!!
I focused on close-ups that would work nicely for facebook or blog profiles..

What a great idea! What did you do for lighting...that's one of the hardest things for me about taking pics is when it's night and the flash does weird things.
